This policy explains what fez schedule ("we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the Service.
To operate the Service, authenticate users, process payments, send transactional and product emails, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics, payments) under confidentiality obligations; (b) other users within your business, according to their role; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, scoped access controls, and tenant isolation. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above. After deletion, residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period before being overwritten. We retain limited records longer where required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object or withdraw consent. Email hello@fezschedule.com to make a request. EU/UK residents (GDPR) and California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Our servers and providers may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international data transfers.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
